4fterHours.com is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use adult social services in your country, state, province, territory, or region.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity carried out from your account. Do not share access with anyone, including under-18s.

You must follow the Adult Member Rules, Community Rules and Safety Policy. Breaches may result in removal of content, account suspension, termination, evidence preservation, reporting to authorities, and legal action.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant 4fterHours.com a limited licence to host, display and moderate that content on the platform so we can deliver the service. We do not sell private member content to unrelated third-party platforms.

Founder offers, trial periods, paid tiers and refunds are described at sign-up and inside your account. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund prior periods unless local law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach the rules or applicable law, or that present a safety risk to other members.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4fterHours.com is not liable for member-generated content, member behaviour, or losses outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time. When required, we will ask you to re-accept the latest version before continuing to use the service.
